Climbing helps you work better

I am completely onboard with this:

The study showed that compared to participants who did yoga, or no exercise at all, those who engaged in “proprioceptively dynamic activities” — which included climbing, beam balancing, navigating over, under and around obstacles, as well as lifting and carrying awkwardly weighted objects — substantially increased their working memory capacity.

I wonder if it's stating that activity helps while you're working or if this explains why many NCAA athletes are normally pretty solid scholars with their work and play obviously at separate times. Either way, I'll use this as an excuse next time someone catches me doing pull-ups in the office.
